In 2005, Tom and Lily Ramirez officially took over The Paint Job from Tom’s parents, Maria and Andres Ramirez, who founded the company in 1979. Having grown up around ladders, drop cloths, and paint cans, Tom knew the value of hard work and quality craftsmanship from an early age. Together, he and Lily brought new energy and expanded the business while honoring the strong foundation built by the previous generation.
